Third Party that is Collecting Information
The privacy policy stated above only applies to the use and exposure of information we collect directly from you. If you choose to reveal your personal information to other parties related to our system or in other sites throughout the World Wide Web, different rules may apply on that information’s use or disclosure. For example, when making a purchase by a standard credit card your card’s information is collected by our third party processors (not by ChattyBabes.com). That is also true regarding additional information needed for authorizing/processing your card payments. The payment companies may provide us with some of your personal details - but never your credit card number.
How to Delete or Update your Personal Information
There are two options that allow you to update your personal information found on our database:
- You can send an e-mail to info@ChattyBabes.com, our Customer Service Department.
- You may, at any time, log in with your current password and delete or update any information found on your personal profile. Please note that the information is never permanently deleted from our company's database. It is simply saved on our files under “deleted” status, and cannot be seen by other users.
