By entering and using the ChattyBabes.com site and the services it offers, you accept the following Terms and Conditions. These constitute a binding agreement between you and the “Chatty Babes.com” Website.

You accept your obligation to periodically review the Terms & Conditions as well as the relevant regulations and rules and to be updated of such changes when made. In case you wish to relinquish your membership due to alterations in the Terms & Conditions, you may do so as specified in the Cancellation Section below. Please note that continuing to use the Website following changes made in the Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of all changes that were made.

You agree and acknowledge that ChattyBabes.com does not and cannot control the content and information that passes between different users and/or members and/or girls in the site via IM (Instant Messenger) or messages left on the site.

- Members’ Accounts and Information Regarding Accounts

You confirm that you are no less than 18 years old. You agree to provide ChattyBabes.com with complete, accurate and up-to-date information and data regarding your registration and billing information, if so required. Any member providing incomplete or false information or data that is not up-to-date shall face immediate termination of his/her membership and accounts in ChattyBabes.com and is subject to criminal and civil liability.

It is clarified that ChattyBabes.com is the sole owner of all user names used on the Website.

C.

Every new member in ChattyBabes.com needs to choose a user name and password at the time of registration. You are forbidden to choose or use a screen name of another person, a screen name that is inappropriate or offensive or any name that violates a third party's intellectual property rights.

You agree to provide ChattyBabes.com with a valid and operational e-mail address as well as your IM user for verification purposes and quality assurance of services and for enabling user and/or members and/or girls interact with each other. You agree and understand that ChattyBabes.com may from time to time send you emails or contact you through IM, encouraging you and offering assistance for using the sites features and services such as the IM chat service. You also understand and agree that your IM and email may be seen by other users and/or members and/or girls in the site so they can contact you.

As part of your joining procedure, you may need to download a standard computer program that enables ChattyBabes.com to identify some of your personal details. This program constitutes a major part of the ChattyBabes.com fraud prevention policy.

You are entirely and solely liable for all actions and activities conducted through your account on ChattyBabes.com. You may not, in any time, permit other individuals to use your member account. Your private username, membership, and password (Login), may not be transferred or assigned to any other person or entity. In any case you know or suspect a breach of security, such as theft, loss, or unauthorized disclosure or use of a password or username, you must immediately inform ChattyBabes.com.

In case ChattyBabes.com, for any reason, decides to terminate a registered member’s account, that member is forbidden to access ChattyBabes.com services without receiving specific prior permission in writing from ChattyBabes.com.

Cancelling your ChattyBabes.com Account
ChattyBabes.com reserves the right to terminate your membership at any given time. In case your account is terminated you will remain liable for all unpaid dues and payments owed on your account, if any, as well as other such liabilities. In any case ChattyBabes.com Services are suspended or terminated it is hereby clarified that all operational memberships (of all kinds) are instantly terminated without prior notifications by ChattyBabes.com.

You hereby acknowledge that all of the content and information (in any format) on the Site is either owned by or licensed to the ChattyBabes.com Site.

ChattyBabes.com holds a copyright in respect of arrangement, compilation and coordination of such information and content. It is clarified that ChattyBabes.com does not prescreen and does not hold responsibility for information and content displayed and/or published on ChattyBabes.com. ChattyBabes.com can not verify the authenticity of users’ details and it is not responsible for the details users insert to their profile. As well ChattyBabes.com cannot verify that the details inserted by users to their profiles do represent real users. The same applies for services including messages and IM chats between users and/or members and/or girls. However, ChattyBabes.com reserves the right to remove content (as well as to immediately and without prior notice disconnect members from the different services offered on the Site) in any case ChattyBabes.com decides that the information or content is offensive, harmful or otherwise violates the Terms & Conditions stated here.

The names "ChattyBabes.com" and "ChattyBabes" are protected by international trademark law as are other brand names shown on the Website.

All materials on ChattyBabes.com constitute valuable intellectual property, are proprietary, copyrighted and protected under treaty provisions and international copyright laws. ChattyBabes.com materials may not be copied, imitated, edited, reproduced, transmitted, published, or uploaded in any fashion without written permission from ChattyBabes.com. By submitting or posting information and/or content to any "public area" located on the Website (such as message centers or forums) you automatically grant ChattyBabes.com the royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive, perpetual rights (including any moral rights) and license to use, modify, reproduce, publish, adapt, copy, create derivative works from, communicate to the public, translate, distribute, perform and display the content and/or the information and/or to incorporate it in other materials in any form, technology or media, for the full term of any rights that might exist in such content.

It is hereby stated and clarified that in case ChattyBabes.com decides that any conduct of a registered member restricts or inhibits other member, person or entity from using or enjoying ChattyBabes.com, ChattyBabes.com shall immediately end that member's membership.

You are hereby obliged to use the ChattyBabes.com systems for legal purposes only. Under no circumstances will you use ChattyBabes.com systems, free services and/or your member account to do any of the following:
- Post or promote nudity, harmful, unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, obscene, defamatory, racially, ethnically, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content; including, but not limited to, extreme sado-masochism or bondage presented in a sexual context, incest, bestiality, or any presentation of minors engaged in intimate physical contact or in sexual situations, depicted or acted;
- Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to a ChattyBabes.com official representative or a minor;
- Disturb other members and/or user’s activities while on the Site;
- Embarrass, harass, or cause discomfort, distress or unwanted attention upon another member and/or user of ChattyBabes.com as well as any other person or entity;
- Seek to obtain account, password, or private financial information regarding any member and/or user.
- Post yourself or cause to be posted or transmitted through ChattyBabes.com Services any materials advertising or promoting a business other than ChattyBabes.com, unless it is specifically approved by ChattyBabes.com.

You can only upload content to the site after registering as a member and only upon receiving ChattyBabes.com permission.

- E-mail Restrictions and Anti-Spam Policy:
Being a responsible member of the cyber community, ChattyBabes.com upholds a strict policy regarding spam that forbids any third party from sending any kind of promotional e-mails on behalf of the Site - solicited or unsolicited. We go beyond merely prohibiting spamming - we don't allow anybody else send e-mails of any kind on our behalf. Moreover, ChattyBabes.com itself only sends e-mail messages to people who have willingly registered on the site. These two strict regulations form our strong "anti-spamming policy". If you are not completely satisfied with the services provided by ChattyBabes.com or if you have a disagreement with ChattyBabes.com regarding the same or these specified Terms & Conditions then your exclusive, sole remedy is to stop using the services offered by ChattyBabes.com.
- Third Party Products and Links on ChattyBabes.com
ChattyBabes.com services may include links to other websites, and different offers of third parties’ services and products. We have no way of controlling such websites’ contents, products or services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for: (a) products or services offered by third parties, (b) privacy and other conducts of such third parties and (c) the content or materials found in such third party sites. Nor are we accountable for the availability or accessibility of such sites or services or products offered by such third parties.
- Information Regarding Adult-Only Content
Nudity – in videos as well as in images - is not permitted on ChattyBabes.com.
However, some of ChattyBabes.com services are intended solely for consenting adults - who no less than 18 years of age (21 in NE, AL, WY, MS, and any other location or country where it is the legal age of majority) - who wish to gain access to the site, including to its adult-only oriented content.
Restricted Locations on the Website

- Agreement to Indemnify
Members and/or user of ChattyBabes.com shall indemnify ChattyBabes.com, the owners and operators of ChattyBabes.com as well as their officers, directors and employees, against all losses and/or expenses (including attorney fees) made by ChattyBabes.com in connection with any kind of claim, caused directly or indirectly from the member’s and/or user's activities in relation to the services offered by ChattyBabes.com. Such claims will not be limited and include claims or accusations related to any law violation during a chat session with another member/woman from the site.
- Waiving Terms or Conditions
No agent, representative or employee, including a customer service representative of ChattyBabes.com, is allowed to waive any term listed in this present agreement.
- Headlines of Sections
Headline of the different sections in this agreement are included for the sole purpose of convenience and shall not be used to interpret the articles in this agreement.
- Terms’ Severability
In any case an authorized court of competent jurisdiction determines that any specific section, term or terms of the terms of use listed in this document is/are unenforceable, all the other terms specified in this agreement will continue to be enforced and effectual.
